As a child, I moved frequently, and many times, books were my closest companions. As I grew older, this love led to a desire to explore the various types of writing and their impact on readers.
After completing my degree in English literature with a focus on British literature, I pursued a master’s degree in secondary education. I have always believed that teachers change lives for the better daily. I’m pleased to say that I spent thirty years helping students discover that there was a writer within them.
